Hello, we would like a logo for our WebApp. The app is called "Sakila" and we are developing a website at www.sakila.co.
We would like the logo to be simple yet creative and it should be clear what our business is just from looking at the logo. It should communicate professionalism and inspire trust from our users.
We are in the real estate industry providing a service that helps people find houses for rent( we will include buying and selling in the future).
The logo will be used on our website as well as on business cards and on our Facebook page, so keep that in mind as you design.
Sakila means search and the company is based in Zambia. I hope this information will be useful.
If you are going to include the words "Sakila" please don't write them in uppercase.
A good logo would indicate that we help you find a house online by including a magnifying glass for example. Also you could include a house key in your design. This is just to give you an idea of the type of design we want.
You are free to use any colors you want. However, I do not want too many colors. Elegance and simplicity will win.
The final result should be in png and/or svg if possible and the psd files as well.

Do not copy the designs. We just want to give you an idea of what we want.
Please present the logo on a plane backround(e.g white only or black only) with no tilt or anything like that.

Hello everyone. I just thought to clarify a few things.
1. A logo MUST have meaning. Every element you add should mean something. You can't just add abstract shapes just because.
2. DO NOT copy other designs. Anyone can use Google so I know who is copying by using Google image search. Do not copy designs from here also.
3. Keep your designs simple. Less is more. Use minimal colors and shapes. The best logo uses subtle cues to indicate the meaning while looking clean and fresh.
