Hello there,
we are looking for someone to design and build a 2 part web form.
Part 1 – Contact Details (leave the same details as www.sourci.co/projects just improve the layout and design)
Part 2 – Specifications (all below and attached information relates to part 2)
We currently have one on our website - www.sourci.co/projects
We changed the information and layout required on the forms but we also want it to now be a custom CSS and to look STUNNING, we want these forms to be engaging, to clearly display the information required but most of all visually appealing and simple to understand.
There are 3 attached files
File 1 - Product categories with descriptions
File 2 - Position and layout (we are open to alternative layouts)
File 3 - position of text and boxes
We have created a very BASIC draft, we need your experienced designer skills to create a beautiful & functional form.
