Please check my entry The main body can be 1 part, but it is also can be 2 halve, you don't need to add 4 locking point, once the nut is tightened the body will be secure. If you need it is more secure you can add silicon pasta inside the body. All the files ready in solidworks, one minute convert it to stl file. regard ujang

Ok I think this is the design I want. Can you post the internal dimensions as they are today? I need the areas where the jacket is to be 2.9mm. It needs to tighten to 2.5mm at times. For now the whole internal hole can be 2.9mm all the way with a 60mm total length.

no pproblemm..all the dimension can be change base on your need, if you 3D printed and need dimension revision, it will be charge free, just send inbox me so i can send the revision

I am impressed with this design. This is very close to what I had in mind. We may have to adjust the dimensions a bit but yes. So far the best design.
