I'm in need of a professional and creative designer to help create banners to advertise our upcoming high-end, boutique-style residential building in the Dubai Islands. Your main focus will be on the elegant design aspect, as well as incorporating the project name, developer name, and a "coming soon" message.

Key Requirements:
- Incorporate elegant design elements
- Include the project name (Tivano)
developer name, (AYS Developers)
and a "coming soon" message
- Mention the location "Dubai Islands"

Key Banners Specifications:
- High-quality design for social media ads
- Suitable for printing on small brochures

Color and Brand Guidelines:
Please provide your details for color preferences and any brand guidelines you may require. Colors as per the attached pics , light blue or turquoise color waters and white or no sand .

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating high-quality, elegant designs
- Previous work in real estate or luxury property advertising is a plus
- Strong understanding of advertising for social media platforms
- Ability to incorporate brand guidelines effectively
