竞赛简介
Design the cover page for an edition of a French famous novel.
The graphic design should be a "Frieze" (border strip / illustrator vector) that will be marked (hot stamped) all around the cover.
The pattern MAXIMUM height / width must be 22,24 cm (height) x 31,86 cm (width), but if it doesn't necessarily have to fit the whole cover.
You will find attached examples of border strips and illustrator files that have been used before.
The file to be designed is: MARCEL_PAGNOL.ai
All other files attached: example of previous covers
The novel is : "LA GLOIRE DE MON PERE", by Marcel Pagnol.
The Pattern has to be inspired by :
- PICTURES FROM "LA GLOIRE DE MON PERE"
- TRAILER OF THE MOVIE : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ubPm47Q4UM
but also :
- PROVENCE
- GARLABAN
- SOUTH OF FRANCE COUNTRYSIDE
- L'OCCITANE PRODUCTS
- 1900 GRAPHIC DESIGN
- French Provence products such as CALISSONS D'AIX or HUILE D'OLIVE DE PROVENCE
it also has to be masculin.
