I have written a business proposal for the Burmese Government.
The document is 8,400 words, approximated 39 pages including blank pages, diagram pages.
I need an expert to review/ proofread the proposal base on the idea within the document.
The jobs to be done are: -
- Create a proper template for the document (fields for the front cover with title, subtitle, Author),
- Create a proper footer and header company name, document title etc. and separation line etc.
- Proofread/ review the document for better persuasive, concise, clear writing etc,
- Base on the document contents and create an executive summary,
- Create a template from this document
NDA is essential for this document

You should add NDA to the contest and everyone participating would sign it otherwise they couldn't submit. The way you describe it, your task should be a project and not a contest.
