I’m looking for someone to redesign an existing report and turn it into a beautiful, professional looking resource with pictures and designs.

I’d like the design style to be something I can also use in the future for several other project needs I have (new logo, PowerPoint templates, fillable PDF forms, etc.) so the designer who wins this contest will have an opportunity to get more work in the very near future. The branding is an essential aspect to consider and propose ideas on for this initial document.

I’ve attached the existing pdf document that I want the following changes made to:

* An entirely new design. I am not attached to how this document currently looks. I want something entirely new. The current report was pulled together quickly by a non-graphic designer and served it’s original purpose to get something out quickly but now I want it redesigned into a more readable and visually pleasing format.

* Pictures changed to include more minority women who work in corporate —but the pictures have to be vibrant and fresh and stylish....none of the standard, boring corporate picture stuff I see on free picture portals.

* FYI that edits will need to be made to the website referenced in the footer. I’ll work with the contest winner to make those updates.

* I need working URL links included for the CTA

*I’ve attached a few pictures of me that can be used for the section about me.

*I’ve attached an AI file logo.

Branding colors are: HEX #FF0088 HEX #69DBC8

I do not have branded fonts, although on my instagram quotes I use a combination of Myriad Pro and Playlist Script. I am eager to see what fonts you believe are best for this report.

I am an executive coach and feminine leadership expert who helps women build their careers, and entrepreneurs build their business. This report is geared to women who work in corporate organizations and are seeking a promotion. Please do not design a boring, traditional corporate report. Please also do not design anything frilly. The women I coach are stylish leaders. The report needs to reflect the same while still exuding a polished and professional look. Thank you!
