     Well Furrukh, Trust me I used VALUE(RIGHT(CELL, LEN(CELL)-1) To clean up the phone number and remove the 1 indicator then INDEX Formula with IFERROR in case the Phone number is Empty :) Anyway, this is not serious, I finished the Job 23 min after he post it :)

  double check for those who generate value with vlookup criteria (true, approximate) it is just generating random values from the database. further, you cannot generate exact value with vlookup until unless you apply some fixes to the sheet
