Please design the layout for a waterproof bag with a 3ft diameter, that gas grommet holes at the top to fish a cord through in order to close the bag, as well as grommet holes on each side of the bottom. The grommets on the bottom should not go through the inside of the bag and shout only be external. The bag should also have handles at the top. The bag is for holding outdoor toys.
I plan to pass this sketch to a pattern maker next.
