This is for an engineering firm. Need a basic home page website design. <See details below>

Need to keep the Photoshop size 1920 px wide. JPGs can be used as a preview, but final file needs to be a layered, live Photoshop file with labeled layers. I am sorry for the rush, but I need this in 24 hours or less.
