I and my colleagues can create plans for commercial/industrial /residences, and can provide a complete set of drawings for city permits. My scope of work includes: - Preparation of drawings for the construction of new buildings - Drawing up plans for alterations, updates and renovations of residential houses and industrial/commercial buildings - Review the drawings based on the building code of the state and seal/correct and seal if there are any errors in the drawings - Drawing up and reviewing water supply/sewer piping - Creation and calculation of site plan - Drafting/structural calculations for adding and removing decks/catches I will remain responsible and continue to revise my clients' plans until they are approved by the City.
