I have an existing project that is partially completed. This project is a credit card processing plugin library. Part of the project includes an automated updater that will check a web service for patches or updates. This web service will also accept error and trace logs. I need help completing the updater windows service and the corresponding web service.

This project is written in VB.net. We use VS 2013 and Visual Studio Online for the source code repository. You will need to have at least VS2013 pro available.
