Develop a windows home server add-in and service

I'm looking for someone to create a Windows Home Server (WHS)add-in and service to gather certain information from the server and e-mail it out.

Looking for an add-in to administer the service which will allow configuration of:

Email Addresses / Schedule / Data to be included such as "Network Health", disk status and backup information etc.

More detailed specification will be supplied to the winning bidder, looking for a long term development relationship.
