Decompile the exe to edit the program in it

Hi,

I have an exe file which I want to edit some of the parameters in it. It is a tracking system hardware firmware where by when u send a text message, I will reply back in the GPS coordinates as well as speed. I want to edit the program in it so that it can reply back via a google link so that it is easy to get the message and direct click the google link.

If you have the decompiler, u can study the firmware and add the google link and recompile back for me to test. If it works, I will let u change other parameters in it.
