I require a simple program to perform bulk conversion of DICOM medical images and cines/clips to JPEG/BMP and AVI/Mpeg formats.
The program needs a user firenly GUI and may be based on eixsting open sourced Dicom viewing/converting software.
Proof of concept and debugging will be performed prior to final payemnts.
