Betfair API NG Vendor Services tools required

We have an existing , well established commercial automated betting program that operates on the betfair exchange.
The program itself is nearing full migration to the new API NG platform and to complete the final phase we now need a system created that allows us to permission user access through the Vendor Services API.

Our current access permissions system is based on the API 6 which has changed in API NG. we require a new system building which we can integrate with our website in place of the existing one. There are several methods that need to be covered.. Here is a brief outline of how it works.
New User
1) The user signs up to our software, and requests to be activated on the betfair API, this gives them an ID number in our system
2) The vendor services web tool we have requests a token for this user and sets a subscription length for them to be active which is passed from our database
3) The token returned from betfair is linked to our ID number in our database which allows us to control the users access and the user can then log into betfair through our software.
Returning/updating users
The user makes a new subscription payment and the system will send an update subscription procedure runs to extend the user subscriton through the vender services
In the API NG there are some changes to the architecture which means that we need to adjust this process. One of the major changes is that you can no longer extend a user subscription directly .. a new token must be created to be able to do this.
What we would like is a system that can do the following
New User
1) The user signs up to our software, and requests to be activated on the betfair API, this gives them an ID number in our system
2) The vendor services web tool we have requests a token for this user and sets an infinate subscription date ( such as 999 days)
3) The token returned from betfair is linked to our ID number in our database
4) We will write our own asp script to check user payments, which come in various plans
5) We would like a secondary vendor services call written to allow us to identify the user based on their ID number ( attached to token) and then expire them. We can trigger this based on our own script check.
So to summarise we require
1) Access creation page that can be framed inside our members area, this gives the user a front end to activate their betfair account on API NG
2) Access expiry tool that can be triggered by an asp script or manually ran on the server.
We are a well established betfair developer with potentially some large scale projects in the pipeline over the next 12 months. We would love to find a programmer who we can work regularly on new project.
