Photochemical oxidants are one of the components of air pollution for which the federal government has established a clean-air standard.
Write a program that takes input of photochemical oxidant concentrations for each day of one month from an input file ([url removed, login to view]). Display the highest concentration recorded, calling function highest to find this value. After the highest has been found, prompt the user for entry of the clean-air standard and call another function to count how many days the photochemical oxidant concentration exceeded the standard.
You have to use arrays and at least two functions.
