CSS Work: Create sticky footer for web application

I have a web app that is going to market soon that needs some CSS work. This small project is to hire someone who can use the existing HTML and CSS to make the main view of the application "stick" to the bottom of the browser window when expanded. It will need to use all the existing jQuery libraries already installed as I don't want to introduce any new libraries or change to a new one.

This must work in IE 7, IE 8, IE 9 and the latest versions of Safari, Firefox and Chrome on PC, Mac, and iPad.

I will give you access to the web app and you will need to pull down all the source files via your web browser in order to complete this project. I expect you to provide me with a test link on your server so I can test across the above browsers. Once it is accepted, I expect you to email or upload to me a zip file of all the project files and I will deploy the code. Please be sure to keep the same file paths that are already in place so it is easy for me to deploy.
