Use the methods in the attached pdf to write all the functions as described in the pdf then follow the steps outlined below.
EOQ Formula
Function get_EOQ(demand As Double, fixedCost As Double, holdingCost As Double) As Double

That is the first part and most important part. With that, you can write all the other functions
1. Create a workbook which will work out ordering plans for a company such as the electronics store described in Winston’s chapter on The Economic Order Quantity. Your spreadsheet should work with any values, not just the ones given in the problem. It should do the following:
a. Display a form that asks the user for the demand, purchase cost, ordering cost, and carrying (holding) cost expressed as a percentage of purchase cost.
b. Produce a worksheet that reports the optimal order quantity and the frequency at which orders must be placed. It should also show the annual ordering cost, the annual purchase cost, the annual ordering cost, and the total annual cost.
c. On the same worksheet, produce a chart, for which the x-axis is the order quantity, that shows the annual ordering cost, the annual holding cost, and the total annual cost for different values of order quantities.
