Creative Maternity UI Fashion Design

I am a growing maternity/breastfeeding wear company and is looking for a freelance fashion designer to design 2 seasons a year using my feeding mechanisms - the adoption rate will hopefully be 6 pieces out of 12 sketches. The designer must use domestic sourced fabrics from the USA within the targeted price range and also I prefer designers based in NYC. Budget is per season.
