I need help with customizing the following template

You need the following software skills
Adobe Photoshop CS+;
Adobe Dreamweaver 8+ (or Microsoft Expression Web);
Adobe Flash 8+;
Following tasks to be done:
1) Change the french language button to a swedish language button (default language)
2) Change all the text, you will receive new text from me.
3) Change some of the pictures, you will receive the new pictures from me.
4) Change the logotype, and create a new logotype from Arial, bold, cursive.
5) Decrease the height of the top menu
6) Adjust the booking engine, so that the info corresponds to reality.
7) Adjust all the small details, such as the contact page with the message field.
8) Adjust the flash top banner so that it doesn´t replay each time a menu button is clicked on.
I am sure I´ve missed some changes that needs to be done, but the winning bidder will be expected to work with the site until I am completely satisfied with all the small details, and the site is fully funcitonal with all the three languages working, etc.
