COOL Banners for website

I need a few banners can be a same design all over.

468x60 maybe some other sizes also

The design in the fist round is for a music site, so I need some cool design, maybe animations, Flash or some kind of Cartoon, should be some eye catching banners.

all Pwho signs up must add a portfolio where I can see some creation, if non is there I delete without viewing.
