I have a logo in adobe illustrator that I need some small modifications to.

It is currently a logo like this

That has a border around the letters.

I need 3 new versions from it.

1. Cut out a single letter from the logo, keep the same look and feel.

i.e. the 1st 'r' on its own.

2. split the letters and put them under each other.

3. remove shadow and shinyness from the words, make it 'flater'

Some illustrator samples would be useful when deciding who to pick.
