Build an English teaching website

I need a website for my English teaching business. The website needs to be professional ans state of the art. It must look better than any other English teaching website. My website will need:

. Credit card payment option

. Log in area for students/customers where they can see how many lessons they have and buy lessons

. A few pages

. Safe and secure website including payment gateway

. personal email
