The business is a social impact consulting company. The website is there for clients or potential clients to get a sense of the nature of the firm (smart, quirky, fun, get things done an positive about social impact). We're not looking for SEO or anything - the business is about referrals. It's really just to showcase the firm's portfolio of projects and its character.
Constant header (logo and company name), with menu, and footer
Everything scrollable like one long page

- Why Work With Us, with diagram (I have one)
Where We Work
- List or map, not sure yet
What We Do
- List of our services, with photo
Our Projects
- Some text and one small photo of about 7-10 projects
That's pretty much it...! Maybe one or two maps, but this is not set yet :) We don't need anything fancy at all, no news, no blog. Just some photos and text and diagrams.
Needs to load quickly and be device optimized.
OPTIONAL: Here are a couple of other items - would you be able to include that too?
- We will also need corporate email addresses set up - about 10. I'm thinking Google mail, but maybe a webhost that can go into Outlook.
- I have a diagram that needs to be made pretty (right now it is not so pretty)
- Would you be able to source photos with copyright etc? How much would that be?
I don't have a budget quite yet, but we just want simple and elegant and something that works!
