Convert a website from Personal page ASP to JOOMLA

I need to convert this websites into joomla or wordpress

i have all source code and databases (there are few tables each site)

all site are created in the same mode, change only template and content about database

- i can put only 30% milestone for start work

before final payment

i release 70% milestone only when

- you have finish you work

- you send to me your source code

- you install your work on my server and run website well

i release 30% milestone remain only when

- i have tested your work

- i have received an invoice for your work

i will release my feedback only when all previous condition are maintained

please do not accept my work if you do not accept my conditions
