I need you to code 1 simple HTML page which has a header with some headings, some images, text and a simple 3 field form.
I have the design ready in psd which I have attached along with the description.
I shall provide the password to the zip archive once you place the bid after reading the whole description.
This should not take an expert more than 2 hours of work.
My budget for this task is 5$. So please bid 3$ per hour including fee and also mention " Read this " so that I know that you've read the description.
The freelancer must start immediately and deliver the complete work within 2 hours.
If you do this work with perfection, I've 2 more similar tasks for you which I will discuss about later once you complete this project.
