Building a simple website0

Our project will actually be pretty basic, the website must include a form to fill out Email information, so it will have to keep the users name and email into a database. we must be able to receive payment, also must have an auto affiliate system, where when a user comes and refers a someone who joins into our program the original sharer will gain a percentage of the earnings. When the site loads, there should be an HD and friendly look to it, there will be moving letter on the landing page that surf in the page, also like a frame of a picture and inside that frame it is like a slideshow which keeps changing into different pictures every once in a while, further designs will be discussed. Most importantly we need a database system to store 1 million users' Names and Emails.
