Configure wordpress theme

I require someone to configure my website. I am using a codestag theme called Ink but I need each tile to link to a new page (as each tile is a hotel) that is set up like the attached image. So that each hotel tile links to a new page displaying similar info to the supplied image and where those tiles will be hyperlinked to tripadvisor or wherever, open a photo gallery, play a video.... Feel free to ask questions
