Looking for a reliable, and responsible Designer/Developer to work a Complete Ticketing Solution.
I would like to create a SEO Wordpress Responsive Website to sell tickets for events online, mobile, kiosk, call center and on a box office at the events.
The site needs to be in two languages. English and Spanish.
For the site look and feel I will like a minimalistic modern look. Similar to the wordpress theme Eventicka. The site will need to have on the front page a Full screen video (Would be supplied), a Mailchimp Signup Pop Up form for the newsletter, search, Create an account, sign in, Social Media links, copyright info etc…
The client buying tickets would have to create an account. The should be able to login with their social media accounts or just to create a new account. On their account they would see their buying history and profile information: Photo(optional), Name (required), Telephone(required), Email address(required), address (required) membership status, paying details etc…. The client can have the option to receive SMS of the events. The clients buying tickets can Share them on their social networks, make comments on the events and after the event give feedbacks(5 stars). The client would receive via email his tickets, but will also be available on his account. When finished, the events would be display in the past events area.
The site will charge per transaction the ticket value, sales tax and a transaction fee. The site will work as a Club. If the client buys the yearly membership will save a 50% discount on the transaction fee but this is optional. The site should be able to sell the tickets in different prices getting higher when the events get closer (Like an Early Bird Discount) But with the membership you will always pay a regular price. The site should have a feature to sell last minute offers of the event (like a Groupon). Also if the day of the event they cannot attend to the event the club members (only) can sell the tickets throught the site (at the same price they bought them or lower for a 10% fee). Maybe like a stubhub.

The site will be selling events for producers and promoters, so the site will need to provide a "Log In" area for this producers. In this area they will see the sales reports(should be able to download it on Xcell Document) of his events (or multiple events), their profile and account info. the promoters will have a public Profile to be rated.
The site will be selling different types of events. It will need to have a simple template ready to upload and setup the events.
The Events should look something like Eventicka with areas like: Event Countdown, About(social media links for the artist). Schedule, Venue, Gallery, Sponsors, Promoter, FAQ’s, Terms and Conditions, Buy Tickets, Contact, social media share buttons, comments etc. Events Categories: Art, Theater, Concerts, Sports, Comedy, Family, Festivals, Dance, Fairs, Fashion Show and others. In terms of venue I need to setup 8 Venue Maps (will be provided on Illustrator) to sell tickets buy chairs. Once the seats are sold should appear unavailable.
In addition I will like Gateway Setup and integration with [url removed, login to view] and paypal. The site should be super secure.

I already bought Tickera ([url removed, login to view]), The X wordpress theme and installed it on [url removed, login to view] with a SSL Certificate. The logo and brand identity would be supplied. Many of the features describe above are already integrate on this theme and on the Tickera app. In oder words what I need is someone to set it up and deliver a complete and ready to operate site.
