I am looking to duplicate a Small portion of the "Real Estate Lead Generating" website: [login to view URL]
*The Freelancer chosen will need to create very similar graphics, content and functionality of ONLY the first (3) Steps for a consumer to provide information. Please go thru the first (3) Steps to see what is required of choosing "I'm selling AND I'm buying". [login to view URL]
The website we are comparing too has a proven track record of generating Leads thru PPC and we want to create a Very Similar site to test a PPC in a different Real Estate market. We realize the comparing website is built with many functions than what we are requiring. We want to simply Test the capability of a landing page and the (3) Step lead capturing of the consumer thru the PPC advertising before we build a fully functioning website similar to the compared website. Make sense?
Important function. Part of the capability of the compared site is to automatically add the Keyword "City" that was searched thru a Paid Per Click Ad into the landing page.
- Go to [login to view URL] and type "Tampa FL Realtor". You should see a Paid Ad from TopAgentsRanked, if you click on their Ad, the keyword city "Tampa, FL" will automatically appear on the landing page. "Get the List of Top Realtors in Tampa, FL Now!" (see attached example of the regular landing page and the PPC city added.)
* We will also require the basic pages: About Us. Contact Us, Term & Privacy pages and google analytics embedded into the site.
