Extract values from a txt file . Text file cannot have any code in it . Example
buttoncolor:something
headercolor:something , etc
Assign those values to site's respective css .
Site already has a main css which will be the fallback if css is not define in txt file.
Reason for this text file is so any one without knowledge of css can change color , other css properties of the site by referring to "headercolor:"
