To create a private selling marketplace for customer to advertise surplus stock to each other internationally. The website will be a membership only website with different levels of access. The listings will be public, but the company name and price will be hidden unless access is granted. No payments will be taken over the website.
Front-end Sections
Homepage – General landing page with FAQ, Pricing, Registration options
Company Account
Marketplace 1 – Company able to list to the marketplace (can be bulk uploaded by CSV file) – Marketplace can be searchable by filters – number 1 access level
Marketplace 2 – Company able to list individual products of certain length – different membership option for the 2 marketplaces. Number 2 access level
Listing – Company able to list their surplus stock – Page will be a form that has around 10 fields and the option to add a copy of a certificate. Some fields will need to have more than 1 option to select. Listings will last a limited amount of time before needing to be re-added.

Back-end Sections
Fully CMS driven – Operating admin marketplace, company and editing options
Ability to set differing access levels. Company able to create account from front end
Option to add different types of items to the list so it auto completes when a company adds
Company Profile Admin
• Option to add users under the main super user
• Option to list, edit & delete metals
• Option to make enquiries for certain listings
• Option to add extra locations within main company profile
• Option to add main contact within the company
• Notification system when a listing is nearing the end of time
• Option to bulk add listings from an excel spreadsheet
No payments will be taken on the site, except to buy the contact info for a certain line if they are interested in purchasing the listing - membership is paid for offline
There will need to be differing levels of access.
Membership will be time specific, so will need to be able to block access once membership has expired.
Just a simple website with access is fine. No clever graphics etc...
