We need a designer more than a developer. The website must look sharp and up to date. Our entire website needs to be mobile responsive so iPhone, iPad and Android can easily view it. Most of the website pages are static (about eight static pages) although we will have three dynamic pages where we will be changing content on a regular basis. One dynamic page will be for press releases and we will be in control of its content. Another page is a Testimonial Page and again we are in control of its content. (We currently do not have testimonials since we are new so this page should be hidden for now.) The third dynamic page is for our job postings. We do not have that many jobs, so we don’t need a search or filter now, but we might in the future. On the Job Posting Page, we need to allow the applicants to upload their resumes (with name, email, and phone number) and then the resumes automatically get emailed to us with the job number, name, email, and phone number (a captcha would be nice). On the Contact Us Page we need a form for entering the person’s name, phone number, email, subject, and message (a captcha would be nice). The Payment Page there will be some HTML or Javascript to call the PayPal website.
