Build a virtual trading Platform

I am looking for someone to help me build a virtual trading platform for Indian stock market (Equities, Future and options). Main thing is that I need F&O quotes also and I need the least possible delay.

Kindly explain in your bid how you intend to do that and if you ahve any similar experience.

GENERAL BID WILL BE REJECTED.

WOULD PREFER SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK ON PARTNERSHIP BASIS RATHER THAN ONE TIME PAY.
