Deliverables: 2 unique .css files

I will give you an HTML template, and I would like 2 .css files that will style each and every element on the page, making them as unique as possible.

It is absolutely critical that there be NO changes made to the HTML file. Any designs that include changes to the HTML file will be returned for revision.

Styles must not include references to any images (other than any that are referenced in the HTML file).

Since only .css file will be accepted, no JavaScript or jQuery. Strait CSS3 only.

Please observe the principles of material design as defined by Google.

Designs must be responsive, with at least 3 layouts: computer, tablet, and phone.

Both designs should be appropriate for small, local businesses.
