Customize and Optimize Purchased Wordpress Theme

The site regards a Pilates studio: [login to view URL] You can only view the current progress if logged in, and I will provide these credentials at project acceptance.
The project is fairly simple. I have purchased and installed this Wordpress theme: [login to view URL] . I have already begun customizing the design, and I am looking for a developer to pick up where I left off. The developer will need to go through each page and make it beautiful, using theme features wherever appropriate.
The site is only made up of about 5 pages: Home (this is largely complete, but there seem to be some transparency issues on the slider/main navigation), About (I will provide content and photos), FAQs (the questions are up, but they need to be put into a dynamic form like this: [login to view URL], Blog (page is created but the correct theme template needs to be applied), Pricing (not yet created, I will provide you with pricing. Design will look something like this: [login to view URL], and Contact and Location (which looks perfect as is).
The developer MUST (1) have a mastery of English, (2) use good design sense to insert shortcodes/theme features into the site (I want the designer to be good enough as to do these things without direction from me - they will need to suggest and implement on their own), (3) update and backup the site at the beginning and end of the project, (4) remove all unnecessary pages that were created when the theme was installed, (5) put appropriate header tags/title tags/meta descriptions for SEO optimization, and (6) install any necessary plugins.
