Im looking to have a website built. I need you to design and build it.

It's a website where someone enters information and at the end a PDF report is generated from that entered information. Then the clients can access that PDF by having a link and password emailed to them by the person that entered the information.

There will need to be 15 to 20 different sections in the website, along with a client data base. Along with a few other useful features for the person writing the report. Lastly it will need to be able to accept credit card payments.

I have included a web site to use as a reference, this site is basically what I'm looking for,
