Design and add addtional pages to an existing web site for Server Hosting

We do server hosting and not basic web site hosting so these pages need geared towards that. We do not want to add pricing on the pages.
We want to improve this page:

And add these 2 pages:

We would like to keep the overall look to match our current web site but want to change text and add some graphics to each page. (you would need to come up with graphic ideas). We can provide anything you need from our existing web site.
We will provide the text for each page.
At completion of project we will need the pages in HTML and any originals for future changes.
