Customer Service Dashboard with MySQL DB Query

This project is simple interface and Mysql DB query and display the data and should be completed in 24 hours. Interface must be clean and use clean tables to display data. No wordpress please! HTML Bootstrap 3 with secure login based on email validation for our users.
-Simple to use Web Interface Dashboard with the ability to create username and password based on user email and password that is emailed to them to verify their account.
-Dashboard view of each data column should show average based on selected value (Today, Last 7 days and Custom by Date Selected)
-Logged in Users should be able to retrieve data by ID that exists in the database and display all associated ID data
-Interface should be nice and clean and minimal, we will replace icons with our own
-Site should also be able to display on mobile devices using html bootstrap 3 design
-Allow excel export of query data based on (Today, Last 7 days and Custom by Date Selected)
-Admin user should be able to view any activity that takes place on the dashboard, for example user login time user logout time, user query time.
