Create a high resolution illustration of my dog

I need someone to create a high resolution illustration/caricature of my dog.

This should be printed on canvas later on, so it should be a very good quality.

My dog should be the same as in the picture (same pose, colors, etc') but the background may be different (you can suggest something that would be nice for my majestic dog :-)
