Create Math Questions

I need help making questions for a math website. I need about 300 questions for 3rd grade. Most templates are provided for difficult images.
Questions are to be entered into a PHP admin panel with all instructions included. It is not meant for a professional to complete, just someone with a good understanding of math, some creativity, and ability to use Adobe Illustrator to create and edit templates.
Knowledge of FTP servers - ability to upload images to server required.
Ability to create answer choices and follow instructions, stay organized is a MUST.
Applicants with strong command of English preferred.
