Ad placement to compatible with all browsers

So the basic problem is that when my ad provider forced all publisher to use their updated ad code. This code seems to be unreliable. When if you try the the above links and refresh the pages a couple of time in different browsers you will see a small rainbow coloured box in the top left corner. This means that the ad didn't load.

In google chrome the ad displays 95% of the time with no rainbows

In any other browser it's less reliable and You will see rainbows quite frequently.

I would like someone to help me fix this problem.
