Add feature to an App

I need to add those feature for a ready made app for iphone and android:

1) Add in a field the possibility to use a syntax like Cat=idcategory and obtain the list of that category

2) make the app responsive, using all the images and icons proportioned to all screen size available, for tablet and ipad

3) make the images available on the header of category list and info list configurable from the configuration backend (we will provide the webservice)
