Android App Needed

I am looking to have an app created that will allow users to search for restaurants nearby and see a listing of the restaurant menu items available. This will need to use location to search, and also allow customers to search by City / State, or by Zip Code. Only will be valid in the United States.

Once a location is entered, a search query will return all restaurants within a radius (determined by the user - 1 mile, 5 miles, 10 miles, 25 miles)

The restaurants will be returned in the order of near to far in terms of distance.

Selecting a restaurant will take the user to a page where they can contact the restaurant by phone, bring up the address in order to get directions, or display the menu of the restaurant. Also, the customer can rate the restaurant (zero to 5 stars) and enter a personal review of the restaurant.

There will also need to be a process in which an administrator can create and edit restaurants for display on the site. This can be through an admin app or via a web site, we can discuss options. This will need to be offered as both a paid app and a free version of the app, with advertising used on the free app.

This is a fairly straightforward and basic app being developed, and this project will be used to gauge future projects that are in our pipeline of development. We are looking forward to getting this first one developed well before moving on to other projects, but are looking forward to finding long term developers to work with.
