I need a FREELANCER.com member to:
Develop an Android App able to filter Twitter/Facebook hashtags, which contains specific short texts, and pop them up on the screen in a specific interval. It might sound useless, but its for internal use so it will be usefull for our startup anyway. This is not going to Play Store.
FREELANCER.com member must be able to interact in ENGLISH-US with ease, and send regular updates of the programming process, including demo versions of the app.
FREELANCER.com member must comment most of the sourcecode in ENGLISH-US, so it can updated later by other team mates.

Android App will filter the above post because it contains the hashtag #Pineapple, and will pop it up because it contains an allowed short text which is "I Like".

The notification must follow the attached design, at the top right of the screen, containing the user photo and other informations. This popup MUST overlay the currently running apps, as a notification window, since the Android Mini-TV Stick will be already reproducing videos.
The App must be able to queue the posted hashtags and show them randomly, so if 100 users contribute, it should show all of them in a specified interval, or some of them randomly (to be defined).
