I need an Android Webview Application to show a mobile Webpage.

The WebView must have the possibility to send Push Notifications to users who have installed the App via [login to view URL] or any other Push-Service.

Additionally I need the [login to view URL] SDK installed to measure Installs.

Only Apply if you have worked with Push Notifications AND [login to view URL] before. Attach Examaples.

I need the full source Code which has to be well documented for further development.
