Basic Android Store Locator Application Needed -

I need a basic android application created that I can add in a bunch of USA addresses/locations across the country and people who download this free app in the android market can easily find what "store" is nearest to them.

I also want the ability for the user to be able to browse to find the nearest store near them in this app.

I would like a few other features like the ability to highlight and bring to the top the "featured stores" (or stores I want to try to draw more people to basically).

Once you select which store you want to travel to maybe the application can plug it into the phone's GPS to navigate the person there or if that is too hard just simply list the address and store hours when you click on the store.

I am on a budget for this application - please keep this project simple. thanks!
