Application for Iphone, Android, and Web Based Similar to STRAVA - repost

I am looking for a highly skilled developer (in the United States) that can design me an application (very similar to the STRAVA application) and website with the following core of features:

-GPS Mapping, able to locate phone and follow its location

-Bluetooth functionality

-Log in with Facebook for user accounts

-App and website must be able to mange user data that is generated

-App and Website must accept payments

The application (Iphone and Android) and web based portion must be aesthetically pleasing and be intuitive to navigate through. Users will generated data and that data needs to be compiled and broken down into certain categories.

If you are interested in working on my project please provide me with examples of prior work that you have completed that correlate. I would like to work with someone in the United States, because that is where I am located and I would like to have a face to face with you and our team to discuss our vision for the application and website. If everything goes well with this project and you meet/ exceed our expectations we would like to keep you on board into the future for other projects.
