We need to develop an App (let's call it "Client App") for Android and iOS for remote damage assesment using audio, photo and video.
The Client App must be contolled by a remote operator using a Windows application (an Android application may also be needed)
The user with the Client App must start a session for the remote operator to connect.
The remote operator application need to be able to:
- Talk with the client using audio/video
- See the live video captured by the client
- Record the live video feed
- Take photos and downloand them from the client device
- Zoom in, zoom out and control the flash
- Turn the led light on/off
- Control a pointer on the client app to indicate areas of interest
- Get GPS coordinates of the client
- See the location on the map in real time
- Two way drawing and annotations on screen
Exemples of similar apps can be provided on private chat.
The client app must work on smartphones and tablets and have a firendly user interface and design.
The remote operator application need to work on Windows 7 or above.
The source code must have detail comments in english and we expect supporting documentation about the solution.
We are looking for talented developer(s) with proven track on mobile cross plataform development and mobile audio/video communictaions for long term collaboration in future projects.
